Coconut Lemonade

Discovered in Cartagena, Colombia.

Mmmmm….whole food deliciousness.

In your blender or smoothie maker.

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Lemon Peeled and Seeded
  • 1/4 – 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (depends on the calories you want)
  • 2 Cups or so, Ice
  • If you want to make it a cocktail you can add 3 ounces:
    • Coconut Rum or Bacardi
    • Vodka or Tequila

Blast it until it’s a creamy delicious smoothie.
