Mmmmm….whole food deliciousness.
In your blender or smoothie maker.
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 Lemon Peeled and Seeded
- 1/4 – 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (depends on the calories you want)
- 2 Cups or so, Ice
- If you want to make it a cocktail you can add 3 ounces:
- Coconut Rum or Bacardi
- Vodka or Tequila
Blast it until it’s a creamy delicious smoothie.
